Provided the item you order is in stock we aim to dispatch it to you within 1-3 working days. If there is an issue with your item, for example it is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.
All deliveries will be posted out by 1st class via Royal Mail, orders over the value £50.00 will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery.
We are happy to provide full refunds for purchases returned within 28 days in perfect condition and no tags removed.
Ollie’s Attic will not accept returns of products that have been worn, used and /or tags removed.
Refunds may take up to 6 working days to process.
The cost of returning an item to us falls upon the purchaser, not Ollie’s Attic.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that do not match your orders, or they are faulty – please contact us immediately. This must be done within 4 days of receiving the goods.
You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by the customer when purchasing the goods.
Refunds or replacements will be issues upon receipt of the returned goods.
